How can I make my reservation?

You can make a reservation online or by phone.

Do I have to pay when I make the reservation?

No. Payment is made when returning from travel.

Is the price per day or per hour?

The price is calculated per day, without fractionation.

What are the opening hours?

Open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Do I need to bring proof of booking?

No. A proof will always be provided as soon as you hand over your vehicle.

May I change my reservation?

Yes, just contact us via email and change without any additional cost 24 hours in advance.

I would like to add services to my reservation (example, exterior, interior, etc.), how can I do it?

Just tell us when to deliver your vehicle and we will make the changes.

Can I show up at the Airport without reservation?

Yes. Pre-booking is always advisable, due to human resources management and park capacity. Either way, we will do our best for customer satisfaction.

Is my car safe?

Yes. Our park is fenced, has a video surveillance system, 24 hour human security and alarm.

It also has fire and multi-risk insurance.

And on the way from the airport to the park?

All of our drivers have a license for more than 5 years and have a defensive driving course, however the insurance used during this route is the vehicle's own.

There was a damage to my car that was not at the time of delivery, what can I do?

You will then be able to tell the driver to hand over the vehicle to us to start the process. Then we ask to take pictures and send them to our e-mail to proceed with the investigation of the situation. Subsequently, if it is proved that the damage occurred at our facilities, you will be contacted to schedule a day for repair at our specialist workshop.

Something unexpected happened and I'm not going to travel anymore.

Always notify us of cancellation at least 24 hours in advance and the reservation will not be charged.

My flight was delayed, will I have someone waiting for me?

Yes. Always let us know if there are any changes to your flight, via email 24 hours in advance. Either way, we always follow up on flights.
